Gary Anderson has been successfully installing his patented foundation watering system since the late 1980’s. After attending classes on soils and foundation damage caused from expansive clay soils and climate at The University of Texas at Arlington, he developed the BEST system for controlling the shrinking and swelling of gumbo/clay soils in the Texas area. He lectured and was on the Construction Research Advisory Committee at UT at Arlington. Before developing his patented foundation watering system, he worked as the sale manager for a bell-bottom pier company in Houston. As a result of this experience, he created the idea for his foundation soil moisture stabilization system

Our patented foundation watering system controls the varying moisture of the soil around and under a home’s foundation with the use of water, moisture sensors, and controllers.  The average water usage is 38 gallons per month.  Since the electrical portion consists of microprocessors the electrical use is minimal.

We custom design the zoned system around the perimeter of each home that meets the specific foundation needs for that home. Interiors are repaired without having to cut through your hardwoods or tile flooring by boring underneath the foundation. This boring will leave your plumbing intact since the bores are 4 feet deep thus lifting the sewer system along with the foundation.
